Eco-responsible design

For the entire LOCAXESS range, we consider the environmental impact of our products starting from the design phase.

We thoroughly examine the environmental impact of products at every stage, from design to logistics, distribution and disposal. Over the course of this process, we identify the unique aspects of each product to ensure eco-responsible practices such as minimal use of resources in manufacturing, assembly, elimination of all unnecessary accessories and packaging, optimization of distribution and efficient recycling of products at the end of their life cycle.

For example, in the specific case of LOCAXESS turnstiles, our analytical process resulted in the replacement and even elimination of several electronic components and materials in order to keep their impact on our environment to a minimum, without compromising on quality.

As a result, the structure is mainly made of galvanized steel, a material that is 100% recyclable, forever, without altering its qualities. This also led to us scrapping the use of epoxy-based paint.

We have also made technological advances by removing unnecessary electronics and lead-acid batteries from the motor and using equipment that minimizes energy loss.

Finally, with virtually the same measurements and the same level of security, a LOCAXESS turnstile weighs up to 30% less (up to 100 kg) than other products on the market!

With the LOCAXESS product line, available for rental, we are now able to offer products that are more environmentally friendly and practical for day-to-day use, with the guarantee of end-of-lifecycle recycling through a renowned partner.
